Tenant Satisfaction Survey Underway
We know what a difficult couple of years it has been for many of our tenants, and here at Parkhead Housing we have done our best to adapt and deliver key services to you. We now want to hear what you think about the services we provide and how these might be improved in the future. As a result, we are asking Knowledge Partnership, who are independent market researchers, to carry out a Tenant Satisfaction Survey on our behalf.
For this year, Knowledge Partnership will be carrying out the survey using a face to face method.
If you are visited as part of the survey, Knowledge Partnership’s interviewers will come to your property and provide proof of identity before beginning the survey. It is your decision if you want to participate or not, but we want to hear from you.
Interviews will take place from 14h August for approx. six weeks. During the survey, the interviewer will ask a series of questions lasting no longer than 15 minutes. Visits will be made Monday to Friday (10am to 8pm), Saturday 11am to 6pm, and Sunday 12pm to 5pm. Knowledge Partnership will delete any personal information two months after the completion of the survey and will only pass anonymised data to the Association.

The company can then arrange a call back to complete the survey with you over the telephone.
