Due to the extreme weather we are dealing with issues where condensate pipes are freezing causing boilers to break down when heating is off.
We understand and appreciate the current high energy prices but please try and leave your heating on, even at a low temperature.
Also the combination of the weather and multiple boiler breakdowns is causing unprecedented demand on our gas heating engineer. They are working hard to meet this demand.
Our contractor will prioritise the most urgent emergency repairs and please note waiting times for engineers are much longer than usual. Your patience is appreciated at this time.
