Rent Consultation Update

This year we received our biggest response to date to our rent consultation. 344 Parkhead Housing Association tenants replied via the online survey and the reply paid envelopes with 67% voting in favour of the 2.5% rent increase. A 2.5% increase is the lowest we are aware of in the city, with many in the city opting for 5%, 6% and even 7%.
This years rent increase allows us to focus on the key areas that matter most to you and to continue investing in our properties by carrying out day to day repairs, cyclical maintenance and component replacements.
