The Pantry is open 4 days per week, 2 days in Shettleston and 2 days in Parkhead and joining is free if you are in G31, G32 & G33 postcode. Yes, our office at 40 Helenvale Street is open to the public and the opening hours are: -
- Monday - 9:30 to 13:00 13:45 to 17:00
- Tuesday - 9:30 to 13:00 13:45 to 17:00
- Wednesday - 9:30 to 13:00 13:45 to 17:00
- Thursday - 11:00 to 13:00 13:45 to 17:00
- Friday - 9:30 to 13:00 13:30 to 15:30
Yes, you can apply online and if you have problem uploading your supporting documents you can email them to applications@parkheadha.org.uk no later than the next working day or your application will not be processed.
For routine repairs contractors will contact you to make a convenient appointment to carry out the work required all within 14 working days of your repair being raised.
Your energy provider is responsible for your gas and electricity meters, by law the association is unable to send out contractors to fix any issues with the meters.
By law the association has a statutory duty to ensure that any gas appliances in our properties are checked annually.
