The Pantry is open 4 days per week, 2 days in Shettleston and 2 days in Parkhead and joining is free if you are in G31, G32 & G33 postcode. For routine repairs contractors will contact you to make a convenient appointment to carry out the work required all within 14 working days of your repair being raised.
Your energy provider is responsible for your gas and electricity meters, by law the association is unable to send out contractors to fix any issues with the meters.
By law the association has a statutory duty to ensure that any gas appliances in our properties are checked annually.
A member of the team will call you back to discuss your enquiry and determine if an appointment is required or if they can assist you at one of the drop-in sessions.
