We are committed to respecting your privacy when handling and using your personal information.   

The UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) regulates the way in which we process your personal information. This covers anything that we do with personal information, from collecting and creating it through to its destruction.

You have the right to ask us to:

• give you a copy of any personal information we hold about you
• correct personal information that is not accurate
• erase personal information in certain circumstances.

Any request to view the personal information that we hold about you is known as a ‘data subject access request’. We aim to meet all data subject access requests within 1 month of receipt of your request, although we may extend this to 3 months for complex requests. We will not charge you for this.
