Welcome to ‘My Home’ portal for Parkhead Housing Association, your secure digital online tenant portal at www.parkheadha.org.uk

The portal offers the following services:

• Manage Tenancy

• Request Repairs

• Pay your Rent

• Get involved in Tenant Panels

• View Tenancy Documents

All you need to do is go to Parkhead Housing Association website at www.parkheadha.org.uk and click on ‘My Home Login’ and follow the instructions. The registration process asks for personal tenancy details only the tenant and our staff should know.

You will need to input your surname, your date of birth and your unique tenant number, which can be found at the top of your rent statement. If you are unsure of your unique tenant number please call the office and we can assist. Important to note: You will have to prefix KH, before the tenant number, eg. KH12345, if your tenancy was created before 1st October 2023. If you are unsure of your unique tenant number, please call the office and we can assist.

You will then receive an email to thank you for registering for ‘My Home’ at Parkhead HA and to complete your registration you will click on the link to set your secure password. Please note the link will only work for 24 hours. We have system controls in place to keep your account safe and to prevent duplicate logins so no one can access your account unless you give them your details.

If you have not provided us with an email address, please contact the office to do so or to receive further assistance.

IMPORTANT: If you need to report an emergency repair when our office is closed you should telephone the main telephone number – 0141-556-6226 and you will be directed to our Out of Hours service. Please do not use ‘My Home’ tenant portal to report ‘Out of Hours’ emergencies.

We do not hold any bank details in ‘My Home’ at Parkhead HA and any payments made by you are done through a secure online gateway where you will receive a confirmation email.
