Customer Scrutiny Panel

At Parkhead Housing Association, we value the input and feedback of our residents. That's why we have established the Customer Scrutiny Panel, which plays a crucial role in shaping our decision-making process.

We are constantly looking for new members to join and contribute to the panel. If you are interested in learning more about this opportunity, please do not hesitate to reach out to our office and ask for Karen Edgar and Graeme Aitken. They will be more than happy to provide you with all the information you need and answer any questions you may have.

By participating in the Customer Scrutiny Panel, you will have a direct impact on the services and policies we provide to our residents. We encourage all members of our community to consider joining and making their voice heard.

Shareholders

At Parkhead Housing Association, we believe that our residents should have a say in the direction and decisions of our organization.

That's why we offer the opportunity to become a shareholder for just £1. As a shareholder, you will be eligible to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Association and have the opportunity to vote on important matters that affect the organization. This is a great way to stay informed and make your voice heard on the issues that matter to you.

If you are interested in becoming a shareholder, we encourage you to call our office and request a Shareholder Application Form. Our staff will be more than happy to assist you in the process and answer any questions you may have.

We believe that by giving our residents a stake in the Association, we can create a more engaged and invested community.

Board Members

Becoming a shareholder of Parkhead Housing Association not only gives you the opportunity to vote on important matters at the Annual General Meeting, but also allows you to stand for election to the Board of PHA.

The Board is made up of 15 members, 12 of whom are elected by shareholders and the remaining 3 are co-opted for specific skills and experience. The Board and its various subcommittees play a vital role in making crucial decisions for the association and it is essential that we have the most capable individuals serving on the Board.

If you are interested in this opportunity, we encourage you to contact Corporate Services Manager Matthew Reid. He will be happy to provide you with more information about the process of standing for the Board and answer any questions you may have. By participating in the governance of the association, you can have a direct impact on the services and policies provided to our residents.

Registered Tenants Organisation

We understand the importance of giving our tenants a voice in the decisions that affect them. That's why we have established the Registered Tenants Organization (RTO), which is specifically designed to provide representation for the tenants of our 2 sheltered complexes.

The RTO serves as an important conduit for communication between the tenants and the association, ensuring that the needs and concerns of our residents are heard and addressed.

If you are a resident in one of these areas and are interested in getting involved with the RTO, we encourage you to contact the Housing Manager Karen Edgar. She will be more than happy to provide you with more information about the organization and how you can get involved.

By participating in the RTO, you will have a direct impact on the services and policies provided to our residents. We believe that by giving our tenants a strong voice, we can create a more engaged and invested community.
