Please be advised that the contract went live from Midnight on 31st October 2011 and as such the new number for any gas heating enquiries is now 0844 579 6493. This number can be used by tenants if you experience any issues with your heating system or any issues with intended/programmed visits. The number is a direct line to a 24/7 call centre.
