Why Complain?

Parkhead Housing Associations aims to provide a first class service but there may be occasions when you are not happy about something. If this is the case it is important for you to tell us.

The aim of the Complaints Procedure is to give you clear details of what to do to get things put right where there is a problem we have not resolved to your satisfaction.

The Complaints Procedure also helps us monitor the quality of service we provide so that we can continually work to improve it.
