Who Can Apply?

Anyone 16 years and over can apply to the list. Application forms are available from our office or can be downloaded.

Access to the waiting list is available to all applicants. However we receive more applications than we have houses becoming available each year. Therefore all applications are added to a waiting list. If you would like to apply please download the application at the bottom of this page and once completed post to our office address at 40 Helenvale Street Parkhead.

Assessing Your Application

Points will be awarded in accordance with the Association's Allocation Policy, based on your current housing circumstances. Thereafter your application will be put on a list dependent on what size of accommodation you are eligible for.

You will be notified by letter of the points awarded to your application and your unique reference number which should be quoted when making any query concerning your application.

Acceptance onto the waiting list does not guarantee an offer of housing.

Before An Offer of Housing Is Made

You will be called into the office for interview to ensure your circumstances are as stated on your application form.
