Due to various changes in legislation and the Association's charitable status only a small number of tenants have the right to buy their home.

If you were a tenant of the Association and had the right to buy your home when the new Scottish Secure Tenancy was introduced on 30 September 2002, you will continue to have the right to buy your home with the same discount you would previously been entitled.

If you were an assured tenant and did not have the right to buy your home before 30 September 2002, you still do not have the right to buy your home.
