Parkhead Housing Association has a legal responsibility to provide repair service to its tenants; tenants should inform the Association as soon as possible if any repair needs to be carried out in the property.

Repairs can be reported via telephone, online or in person at the Association office. Tenants would need to provide their name, address, telephone number, detail of repair and wherever possible a suitable access arrangement.

Please report all emergency repairs to our office by telephone or in person, do not use the online form for emergency repairs.
