If you want to keep a pet you must first get our permission in writing. We will not refuse to give our permission without good reason. The following conditions apply to any pets we allow you to keep.

• You must keep to all relevant laws (for example, the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991)
• We will hold you responsible for the behaviour of your pet or any pet owned by someone living with you
• You must supervise your pet and keep it under control
• You must make sure your pet does not annoy your neighbours
• You must make sure your pet does not foul or damage your home, shared parts of the building, outside areas or your neighbours homes or gardens

If you do not keep to the above conditions we will withdraw our permission to keep the pet and you would have 28 days to remove the pet from your home.
