The Management Fee is charged to cover the costs of the Association providing the following:
- Open door policy for owners to report repairs or discuss factoring issues
- Reviewing Insurance Providers
- Administering the Insurance Claims Procedure
- Liasing with contractors on a daily basis
- Arranging, monitoring and supervision of cyclical and major works contracts
- Pre and Post Inspections where appropriate
- Issuing Quarterly bills and updating owners accounts
- Supplying documentation and information to lenders and solicitors
- Debt Recovery Management
- Holding close meetings as required
