What does the Management Fee cover?

The Management Fee is charged to cover the costs of the Association providing the following:

  • Open door policy for owners to report repairs or discuss factoring issues
  • Reviewing Insurance Providers
  • Administering the Insurance Claims Procedure
  • Liasing with contractors on a daily basis
  • Arranging, monitoring and supervision of cyclical and major works contracts
  • Pre and Post Inspections where appropriate
  • Issuing Quarterly bills and updating owners accounts
  • Supplying documentation and information to lenders and solicitors
  • Debt Recovery Management
  • Holding close meetings as required
