HR Function

The function of the HR section is to provide a comprehensive HR service to its employees through the development & implementation of agreed EVH policies & proceedures to enhance the well being of staff and the working environment.

Other functions include the development of staff training courses & seminars in order to ensure that the Association delivers a customer focussed service to its tenants & owners.

The corporate service section coordinates all recruitment and selection activities for the Association through its HR section.
